I believe that summer is not a reason to forget about the figure. But I will note that it is ☝️ at this time of the year it is more difficult for me to keep in shape 😒...

In summer training, the most important thing is to choose the conditions under which you will feel comfortable.
On hot days, it is important to listen to your body and adapt the load to your condition.
It is better to transfer the exercises to the morning or at sunset (by the way, this summer I connected my dog to morning runs).
Also choose the right clothes 🎽 with "cooling" technology, hide the neck-collar zone from the sun and protect your head from overheating, put on a cap..
Be sure to take water with you 💧 (you can buy an isotonic that will maintain the water-mineral balance 👌 and make up for the loss of important substances during exercise 🚵), in the summer the body loses fluid 💦 more than usual, do not allow dehydration ☝️
In case of intense heat, you can move to the gym: air conditioners and good ventilation will allow you to conduct classes in the usual mode for you.
